Outdoor Living Space This beautiful, relaxing and expansive Private Outdoor Living space is a private, exclusive to you area as our guest, of the Austin Luxury Suite.
The Outdoor Living Space is vast and totally private. You can enjoy meals at the dining table under the gazebo that seats eight, or you can have drinks at one of the four chair height tables or one of the five bar height 2-top tables. The outdoor living space is decorated beautifully, it is full of plant and aquatic life. While sitting outside, you can enjoy a fine cooked meal catered to you by the personal chef, or you can work by means of the hi-speed wireless internet, or you can lay down and relax via the chase lounge chairs.
If you bring your children, they will absolutely love the Koi Fish pond. The Koi Fish pond is home to over eight dozen Koi Fish of many breeds, Shebunkin, Fan Tail and a multitude of other various breeds of goldfish. Feeding is absolutely permitted by the young and there is a feeding station there for the children to feed from.
The Private Outdoor Living space consists of :

An exceptional Koi Pond with over 60 Koi Fish, multiple waterfalls and fountains for a tranquil and relaxing environment.

For outdoor entertaining, the Private Outdoor Living space seats 26 people at 10 different tables
For a private small gathering (like a small private intimate wedding), the Outdoor Living Space can be used and we stock and have for use 32 beautiful wood stained fold-up chairs.
Additionally, for a private small gathering, we stock oil candle lamps (pic1)(pic2) for the outdoor living area, which are kept within the
luxury suite and available for use. When using these candles, the outdoor living area at night lights up beautifully, there are 40 or so of these lamps outside available for you to use to make an exceptionally beautiful and special environment.

The Private Outdoor Living area consists of multiple patios and areas for you to relax, entertain and work from. There are two smaller intimate patios close to the house with tables and seating for you, and there's the large area around the pond which has 25 places to sit with 8 tables.
